Autumn from SaveOrDie: Outcasts
Autumn is a half-elf npc and a multiclass cleric/(red robed) wizard/fighter from the DnD series "SaveOrDie: Outcasts" on YouTube. Since there wasn't any art of her I decided to make my own. She is a helpful character who very likely has a dark past where she worked for the Voraci Empire against the elves for unknown reasons.
Personally I wanted to make her look like the opposite of Magistrate Zerrah (a.k.a. friendly instead of menacing) so I gave her blonde hair with a crazier hairstyle opposed to Zerrah black hair with a more strict looking style. To still add the dark past aspect I added black to the robe and the closed robe has a symbol that looks like the symbol of the Empire of Voraci (a downward pointing arrow).

In this collection of sketches I refined the design further and the coloured example shows how the front of the robe has black elements that look a bit like an arrow (a reference to her past in the Voraci Empire).
At the start I threw many different ideas against a wall like a more cloaked design until I settled on the design in the upper left as a starting point for a good design.
